About Paradise Palms

Recently renovated from top to bottom, Paradise Palms is a premier property within the expansive Ivory Palms Resort complex. Highly regarded as one of Noosa’s most feature packed resort destinations, our guests have full access to all resort facilities including three swimming pools, two spas, sauna, PK’s restaurant and bar, five barbeque areas, games room, 17.5m kids’ jumping pillow, gated playground, floodlit tennis court and conference room all set amongst more than 7 acres of tropical gardens.

The ground floor of this spacious and modern townhouse is home to its air-conditioned, open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with drench-style shower and toilet plus a European style laundry. Three generous size air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs; two rooms feature queen size beds and the third room is set up with two king single sized beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a Netflix enabled TV, ensuite with a double drench-style shower and toilet as well as a private balcony set amongst native trees. Paradise Palms’ third bathroom (also upstairs) features both a drench-style shower, a large bath tub and toilet.

Conveniently positioned at the Gympie Terrace end of the 7.5 acre Noosaville resort in a quiet, leafy area with no through traffic, Paradise Palms is close to the resort’s many facilities whilst also being on the Noosa River’s doorstep! Noosaville is known for its laidback vibe, gorgeous water views, shady trees, picnic spots, family-friendly river hire businesses, ‘Pirate Playground’, boutique stores and myriad restaurants, cafes and bars dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore and is only a short drive or ferry ride from Noosa’s main beach and iconic Hastings Street.

For those who prefer to dine in, Paradise Palms boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, double fridge with water and ice dispenser, pod style coffee machine and a dishwasher with both indoor and outdoor dining options.

The Area

Located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast 130km north of Brisbane, Noosaville is a popular retreat for locals and repeat visitors alike. With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing.

Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets.  Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street (Noosa Heads) and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River (including Noosaville) with a one way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’. A buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

A short ferry trip from Noosaville is Tewantin (one of the Noosa area’s earliest settled towns), a quiet village style suburb on the Noosa River whose pedestrian-friendly main street, Poinciana Avenue, is famous for its beautiful Poinciana trees who put on a flamboyant display of orange-red flowers in the Summer. Originally a timber town and the river port for the Noosa area, today Tewantin is the administrative centre for the Noosa region and is home to the vehicular ferry to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island and the Noosa Marina. The 40 berth marina which is one of the stops for the Noosa Ferry River Cruise which transports guests between Tewantin and Noosa Heads is popular for its riverfront shops, restaurants and its weekly craft and produce Markets. Tewantin is also popular for its National Park which has some of the Sunshine Coast’s best mountain bike trails and the Mt Tinbeerwah lookout which is easy to access, has stunning coastal and hinterland views.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

Guests will have full access to townhouse’s three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as all of the Ivory Palms resort facilities including three swimming pools (one heated year round), two spas (one heated year round), sauna, PK’s restaurant and bar, five barbeque areas, games room, 17.5m kids’ jumping pillow, gated playground, floodlit tennis court and conference room.

The single garage will be locked and is not available for guest use.

Important Things To Note

  • Whilst properties within the Ivory Palms Resort do not require Noosa Council’s Short Stay Letting approval, all guests who visit Noosa must abide by Noosa Council’s Code of conduct for guest behaviour implemented as a component of the new local law that was enacted on 1stFebruary 2022: https://www.noosa.qld.gov.au/short-stay-letting
  • We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
  • No additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
  • In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors after 9pm. Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
  • Check in from 3pm
  • Check out before 10am
  • The ground floor only is wheelchair accessible however all bedrooms are located upstairs
  • Strictly no smoking is permitted within the townhouse. Guests may smoke outdoors provided cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of in bins, not the garden
  • Swimming pools and spas are open from 8am – 9pm daily. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • Paradise Palms is not pet friendly
  • A $500 refundable security deposit applies to all bookings and is payable either via credit card hold or bank transfer
