About Beachside Luxury

Located within close reach of the Coolum town centre, this stunning family oriented four bedroom home is in ‘Beachside Estate’ Yaroomba, an exclusive gated community which embodies luxury and elegance.  With direct beach access just a short stroll from the front door, as well as exclusive access to the home’s private 12m saltwater swimming pool, our guests also have access to the estate’s resort style facilities including tennis court, in-ground swimming pool, playground and barbeque area set amongst pristine landscaped gardens.

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area at the rear of the home flow directly to a large undercover outdoor alfresco lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool and expansive grassed area framed by lush greenery.  Perfect for watching the game by the pool, the alfresco area features a 55” LED Smart TV, comfy lounge seating and a Weber BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances including Smeg freestanding oven with gas cooktop and teppanyaki plate, French door fridge, dual dish drawer dishwasher, convection microwave, and Breville bean to cup coffee machine. The butler’s pantry offers plenty of extra storage and an additional sink. The central island bench with stool seating and large timber dining table with 8 chairs allow guests to enjoy shared meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen and the alfresco lounge area, a large comfortable sofa and arm chairs overlook a 55” wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and an electric fireplace.

At the front of the home is the air-conditioned guest room (fourth bedroom) equipped with a queen size bed, 32″ LCD TV, an ensuite with toilet and shower with dual heads and a robe. Private external access is available to this room via a sliding door which opens to a front courtyard area with seating.

Also downstairs is the laundry (with washing machine, dryer and hanging space) and a powder room (toilet).

Upstairs, via the open tread timber staircase are three air-conditioned bedrooms, the parents’ retreat, a second lounge/living area, study nook, bathroom, powder room and ensuite.

The main bedroom with a king size bed has a gorgeous adjoining open ensuite with freestanding bath, dual vanities and shower with both rain and handheld heads, a walk through robe and a private lounge with balcony overlooking Mount Coolum. The ideal parents’ retreat, the master bedroom’s lounge is equipped with a 55″ LED smart TV with Netflix, a comfy couch + bean bags, wine fridge, sink with boiling and filtered water tap and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Bedrooms two and three each have a queen size bed, ceiling fan, screened window and walk in robe and share a bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate powder room/toilet. A laundry chute allows easy depositing of washing to the laundry below.

The upstairs living area is adjacent to these bedrooms and is equipped with a Nintendo Wii game console, books, board games, toys and a sofa lounge overlooking a 55″ LED Smart TV with Netflix.

Adjoining the upstairs living area is a double length desk with two NBN ethernet ports.

The Area

Coolum Beach is a laid-back, friendly beachside town fronted by a large grassy beachfront park, playground and skate park, backed by a shopping and entertainment strip featuring a range of dining and casual eateries including the ever popular Surf Club and Coolum Beach Hotel.

A proud surf club culture is the heartbeat of this seaside town with lifesavers patrolling the waters since 1919 making the main beach and bays popular with local surfers and holiday makers alike.

Just beyond the sand is the imposing Mount Coolum, a 26-million-year-old volcanic rock, the second largest in the world, with 360 degree views stretching from Point Cartwright and the Glass House Mountains in the south to the Blackall Range in the west and Noosa Heads to the north. Local tip: aim to reach the top just before sunset to see the sky transform from streaks of dusky pink, purple and orange into a blanket of stars.

Heading north, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month. 

Further north, just 20km from Coolum Beach is Noosa, one of Australia’s best loved holiday destinations! Recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, Noosa, a chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to dine and shop at iconic Hastings Street, swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth.

Jump aboard the Noosa Ferry at Hastings Street or take a short drive along the Noosa River to discover Noosaville with relaxed vibe, gorgeous water views, shady trees, picnic spots, family-friendly river hire businesses, boutique stores, restaurants, cafes and bars dotted along 2km of grassy foreshore.

Inland from Coolum and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, Caloundra, the southern-most town of the Sunshine Coast is made up of 7 beaches; Golden Beach, Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat beach, Dicky Beach and Currimundi which are connected by a coastal boardwalk. The once sleepy beach town is now home to a bustling strip of cafés, restaurants and bars, year round street markets and a vibrant arts community but it still maintains its small town, coastal charm.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the estate’s resort style facilities including tennis court, in-ground swimming pool, playground and barbeque area.

Some internal cupboards and the garage will be locked and are not available for guest use however parking is available for two cars side by side in the driveway, with additional visitor parking bays across the street.

Important Things To Note

  • In the true sense of the sharing economy, this home is being offered exclusively to guests for limited periods throughout the year whilst its owners travel. A 5-7 night minimum stay applies to all bookings.
  • ellecor Holiday Home Management assist the home’s owners with the management of their home and guests whilst they travel. All bookings must be made via Airbnb and guests will communicate with owner, Wendy when booking and prior to arrival then with ellecor throughout their stay
  • As the home features an open tread staircase we do not accept bookings from guests with babies or infants
  • We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
  • No additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
  • In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors after 9pm. Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
  • Check in from 3pm
  • Check out before 10am
  • Must climb stairs / downstairs area is wheelchair accessible only
  • Due to the home’s indoor/outdoor design, smoking is not permitted inside the property under any circumstances. If you are a smoker we ask that you smoke in the driveway and ensure cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of responsibly, not in our garden
  • A $500 refundable security deposit applies to all bookings and is payable either via credit card hold or bank transfer
