Once your home is advertised online our skilled and knowledgeable team will:
Proactively manage all aspects of the booking process from responding to guest enquiries and confirming bookings to post-stay cleans, linen laundering and obtaining feedback from guests
Manage guest payments including security deposit payments and security deposit claims in accordance with Queensland law
Monitor market trends and visitor demands to optimise your homes’ online visibility and achieve a high level of occupancy
Take care of all property maintenance or repairs that arise using our skilled, reliable, knowledgeable, licensed (where applicable) and local professionals
Keep our owners up to date with their homes’ success!
As required by law in Queensland, payments are made to our owners via EFT within 7 days of the end of each month for all bookings completed in that month and a statement is emailed. ellecor’s owners can also log into Resly’s ‘owner portal’ at any time to access statements, invoices and obtain details of guest bookings.
